Individual Therapy

I see adults within the state of Texas via telehealth and those in the Houston area at my office address. I accept multiple insurances and charge $150 for private pay sessions.

If you have Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, or Cigna you can verify your insurance and schedule directly through Headway.

You can check any other insurance, including some EAPs, through Grow Therapy. If that is not economically viable for you, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss reduced fees based on your financial circumstances.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for most concerns and Cognitive Processing Therapy to treat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Case Consultation

For mental health professionals who wish to consult on their cases, I provide consultation for $70 per clinical hour.
