How It Works

  1. Schedule a free 15-minute consultation, where we’ll discuss your needs, schedule, finances, and any questions you have.
  2. We’ll meet every 1-2 weeks to explore your problems in your life, help you think about them in new ways, and implement realistic solutions.
  3. You become able to have successful relationships and accept yourself, confident to know that no matter what happens, you’ll be able to handle it.
